NOVA Paragliders
NOVA SUSI – Super simple, super safe

The simplicity of flight (EN/LTF A & DGAC)
Launch, fly, feel good: the SUSI (Super Simple) is a wing for those who wants absolute simplicity. Of all our wings, the SUSI is the one with the best passive safety. This wing makes flying easy again.
Simply versatile. A high degree of passive safety and good performance do not have to be contradictory: the SUSI is also suitable for exploring cross-country flights. But the wings real strong point is when winding it up in a tight thermal - thanks to its low aspect ratio and its low useable speed, the SUSI is a master climber. With a little practise, the SUSI can leave a high performance wing behind.
NOVA PRION 4 - Fly safely

The new A class (EN/LTF A)
The PRION 4 offers much and demands little. Regardless whether you are making your first turns in a thermal or if you are flying big distances in unknown areas, in every case you will benefit from the simplicity and innovations designed into the PRION 4.
The PRION 4 is a very docile wing with simple launch and landing characteristics. It convinces with outstanding simplicity when preparing for take off, pleasant handling and a high level of passive safety. Thanks to its performance, it is also suitable for long cross-country flights as well as relaxed soaring.
The PRION 4 is certified for instruction.
NOVA ION 5 - Evolution of a legend

The Adventure Intermediate (EN/LTF B)
The ION 5 is suitable for a wide spectrum of pilots. It offers a high degree of passive safety and is suitable for use in schools (as long as your country sanctions the use of an EB B wing for training). On the other hand, the glider has impressive performance, which makes the ION 5 a wing for all occasions. It is a fun wing which turns like a dream, a cross-country machine, a tutor and a gentle acrobat all in one. It is suitable for gifted beginners as well as experienced pilots with cross-country ambitions. The demands on the ION pilots remain constant from one glider generation to the next.
An ION is an ION.
NOVA PHANTOM – a new era in paragliding

Top-end performance with low-end B pilot demand (EN/LTF B)
The PHANTOM offers the safety of a basic intermediate with the performance of a top-end wing. This has been made possible through probably the most complex construction ever used in a serial-production wing.
The PHANTOM is a paraglider in a brand-new class and therefore is suitable for a very wide range of pilots. Thanks to its high degree of passive safety and its outstanding performance, it is suitable for ambitious recreational pilots, as well as keen cross-country pilots. The PHANTOM combines the advantages of a low-end EN B wing with the performance of a high-end paraglider.
NOVA MENTOR 6 - Extend your Range

High-Tech for the EN B Class
For many years the MENTOR series has been synonymous with top performance in the EN B class. The MENTOR 6 continues this tradition, complementing the strengths of its predecessors with innovations that enhance its performance even more. Broaden your horizons with the master in its class.
The MENTOR 6 is a paraglider with impressive performance which has – in the hands of an experienced pilot – a very manageable handling and extreme flight behaviour. Flying the MENTOR 6 does require a level of skill. Although certified as EN B, the MENTOR 6 is not suitable for beginners and occasional pilots. But any pilot with the ambition to advance their sound flying knowledge to another level will find a perfect partner in the MENTOR 6. Particularly experienced cross-country pilots who like to fly at top speed for long flights will love the enhanced performance of this glider.
NOVA SECTOR – For Your Perfect Day

Certification: EN/LTF C
The SECTOR is a performance XC wing with comparatively low aspect ratio, with substantial, totally usable performance and excellent handling. Like the MENTOR in the standard class, the SECTOR is the mile-eater of the sports class.
SECTOR - for your perfect XC day!
In terms of the technical data, the SECTOR is nearly exactly positioned between the MENTOR 5 and the TRITON 2.
The same applies to the pilot target group. Any pilot who has a handle on their MENTOR and wishes to have more performance and that "EN C feeling" in handling will love the SECTOR. In comparison to the TRITON 2, clearly the SECTOR requires less active flying - but this does not change the fact that this is a sports class wing.
NOVA TRITON 2 – Performance with a genuine character

The ultimate cross-country machine (EN C)
A wing that soars above its class: the new TRITON 2 (EN C) In terms of pilot requirements the TRITON is similar to the old DHV 2-3 class – and at the same time it has the performance of a fully-fledged high-end glider. This makes the TRITON 2 the ultimate cross-country flying machine.
The NOVA TRITON 2 is a breath of fresh air in the serial performance glider class, which follows in the tradition of former DHV 2/3 wings. On the one hand, theTRITON 2 offers impressively good performance and therefore the potential for league, competition and ambitious XC flights; on the other hand, the flying characteristics of the wing are completely manageable for an experienced pilot. So it is exactly what discerning pilots want: the ultimate flying machine, which combines performance with certification-appropriate safety.
Thanks to the selected moderate aspect ratio (6.4 flat) the TRITON 2 offers the whole range of flying characteristics: the wing is agile, brake pressure is low and it invites you to play above the landing field after completing a satisfying XC flight. The TRITON 2 therefore offers everything a keen cross-country pilot wants: excellent performance, good certification-appropriate passive safety, a wing that is greedy for the best lift in thermals, very sensitive brakes and a glider that offers an exceptionally high fun factor.
NOVA DOUBLESKIN - Minimalist hike & fly

Three-Liner | Cells: 33 | Aspect Ratio: 4.4 | Weight: 2.1 kg - Size 17 (EN/LTF A)
The DOUBLESKIN is the lightest paraglider in the world* with top and under surface (2.1 kg / size 17). It has a very small pack size and is a delight in the air thanks to better aerodynamics compared to a single-surface wing. With the DOUBLESKIN walking up is as enjoyable as flying and landing!
The DOUBLESKIN (EN/LTF A) features a high degree of passive safety (Flat Aspect Ratio: 4.4) but due to its agility, excellent performance and enjoyable thermaling characteristics, it is always ready to turn a top to bottom flight into an XC round trip. Pilots who enjoy the odd wing-over will enjoy the short and precise brake travel in combination with the benign reactions of the DOUBLESKIN. Pilots who enjoy an even more dynamic handling will benefit from the extended weight range of the size 17 wing – with a take off weight between 75 and 90 kg the wing is certified as EN/LTF B. Despite being mainly EN-A rated - depending on the total take off weight - we did not design this wing as a school glider. The Ultralight Risers require a certain routine in order to avoid riser twists when clipping in and the ultra-light fabric may be more prone to getting damaged during extensive ground-handling sessions. For those who wish to embark on their pilot training, our PRION or the light weight all-rounder IBEX are a more appropriate choice.
NOVA IBEX 4 - Wherever you go

The versatile fun machine (EN/LTF A)
Light, high performance, fast, uncomplicated, safe and just pure fun: the IBEX 4 is a versatile, super-lightweight paraglider (from 3.0 kg) with a multitude of uses and an extraordinarily wide weight-range. It is suitable for hike & fly, travelling, recreational flying, mountaineering, flying under instruction and strong-wind soaring.
Of all the NOVA glider models, the IBEX 4 is the most versatile. The IBEX 4 is light with a small packing volume and offers the safety of an EN/LTF A-wing as well as very good glide performance for its classification.
In comparison to its predecessor, the IBEX 4 is a completely new design. It has been built using Diagonal Tape Ribs. Sewing these force vector optimised diagonal ribs requires more effort and high manufacturing precision, but they ensure a cleaner profile. This means the IBEX 4 performs better and feels very compact and balanced in the air. It is solid in flight and is really fun to fly.
NOVA ION 5 Light – little weight, big performance

A lightweight feel-good intermediate with high performance (EN/LTF B)
The ION 5 Light combines a low weight, with the stunning characteristics of its heavier brother: outstanding glide, precise and agile handling and an exceptional climbing performance. Its light weight and forthcoming launch behaviour make the ION 5 Light an excellent companion both in the air and on the ground.
The ION 5 Light is suitable for a wide spectrum of pilots. On the one hand, it offers a high degree of passive safety and is therefore suitable for the use in most flying schools. On the other hand, the glider has impressive performance, which makes the ION 5 Light a wing for every occasion: fun to fly but with inspiring climbing capabilities and an agile handling. The wing is suitable for talented beginners as well as experienced pilots with cross-country ambitions. From each ION generation to the next, the demands on the pilot have remained the same. The ION 5 Light stays true to its low-end EN B roots whilst offering the performance of a cross-country machine.
NOVA MENTOR 6 Light - Less weight, zero limits

Three-liner | 59 cells | 5.43 aspect ratio | 4,2 kilo weight - size S (EN/LTF B)
At home in the B class and travelling the world - the MENTOR 6 Light in size S is a hefty 850 grams lighter than its big brother, but offers the same ingenious new developments like Zig-Zag 3D-Shaping, the innovative Mini-Rib Vector Tape, Double-B Splits and new risers. Since sometimes during Hike&Fly you might get choppy conditions, the MENTOR 6 Light also comes with a plus trim in comfort next to the high performance.
The MENTOR 6 Light mainly differentiates itself from the MENTOR 6 in terms of weight. We chose weight-optimised Skytex 27 cloth on the upper and lower surface. Nice to know: We offer the same guarantee for this cloth as we do for our regular sail cloths. Why? It is very important to us that you can enjoy your NOVA wing for a long time. Despite its lightweight design, we use the most robust materials possible and on the wing nose we have additionally used double-sided coated 30D cloth.
A typical Mentor. Which means that you can expect exactly what the name MENTOR traditionally promises from our new glider: best performance in the EN B class. An experienced pilot will soon realise that the MENTOR 6 Light gives useful feedback about what is happening with the wing in flight and at the same time leaves enough room for manoeuvre to actively fly the glider's great potential. Our new ergonomic brake handles make this even more comfortable.
NOVA TRITON 2 LIGHT - The champion of the flyweights

The ultimate mountain machine (EN/LTF-C, EN-CCC)
Maximum performance with minimal weight – at just 3.4kg (XS) the TRITON 2 light is the ultimate flying machine for our X-Alps athletes. The wing is uncompromisingly light and distinguishes itself with its performance and an instinctive feeling for thermals.
NOVA BION 2 - flexibility and comfort

Share the most beautiful moments (EN/LTF B)
Like its predecessor, the BION 2 excites professional tandem pilots as well as enthusiastic recreational pilots who want to share their most beautiful moments. Take off, enjoy, land safely: the BION 2 is a reliable partner which takes its responsibility seriously. With maximum performance, it will never let you or your passenger down.
Excellent take off and landing characteristics. Like the previous model, the BION 2 has excellent launch characteristics. Just a light pull is necessary to make the canopy rises above the pilot and passenger in a controlled and even manner. In comparison to its predecessor, this tandem is more comfortable to land due to the new wing design and the optimised brake configuration. In the final landing phase the wing converts every brake input and ensures a safe and controlled flare.
Maximum potential and fun. The BION 2’s precise handling means that a little brake input results in the desired reaction. Thanks to the significant trim travel and the resulting wide speed range, the wing maintains its precision across the entire weight range of 120 kg to 225 kg. This balance of flight characteristics, coupled with great performance, provides new opportunities for cross-country pilots.
Prepared for every eventuality. Anyone who flies a tandem carries a great responsibility. Your demand for a high degree of safety will be fulfilled with the BION 2. We made sure the BION 2 is “NOVA standard" by testing it more than the required certification tests and we can guarantee the highest degree of passive safety. These high safety standards should be a dream come true for all responsible tandem pilots.
NOVA SPEEDMAX 2 - Pure Powered Performance

The paramotor wing with Soft-Reflex (DGAC)
Development and Progress. The excellent performance, high degree of passive safety and the outstanding handling of the MENTOR series were the perfect prerequisites for the design of a paramotor wing. A soft-reflex profile, a trimmer system optimised for motorised flying and a flatter arc guarantee paramotor flying pleasure of the highest level.
Stay up longer. The MENTOR series is synonymous with outstanding cross-country performance. The SPEEDMAX 2 profits from these characteristics: surprisingly little thrust is needed to keep the wing up. If the trimmers are released, the wing impresses with a high top speed whilst maintaining excellent directional stability.
Simply flying. Thanks to its good inflation characteristics, the SPEEDMAX 2 is easy to launch, even in nil-wind. In combination with the agile handling and the good flare attributes, this results in a wing that is very easy to manage. The combi-riser system with two attachment points proves our aspiration for comfort and simplicity.
NOVA AONIC - Take your skills to >>A<< higher level

Keeping all options open (EN/LTF A)
The AONIC paves the way to the upper end of the EN A class. From the first day in the air. It is therefore ideal for ambitious paragliding students – and all pilots who want to consciously hone their skills within the EN A class. With an aspect ratio of 5.17, 49 cells and a minimalist line set design, the AONIC offers performance and handling like an EN B class wing, but with a plus in safety. This also makes it attractive for pilots who want to change to an EN A wing.
During the testing phase, special attention was paid to making the AONIC easily accessible and versatile.
The AONIC offers intuitive handling, high passive safety and a pleasant pinch of agility and speed – a mixture with a lot of potential for adventure – thanks to its elaborate technical design and an optimisation of the material down to the last detail. Anyone who learns to fly with the AONIC will continue to enjoy their glider for a long time after their training is completed. Be it SIV/pilotage, XC flights, travel or simply soaring the local mountain.
